Dr. Pamela Chambers, DNP, EJD, MSN, CRNA, APRN

Dr. Chambers is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and Legal Healthcare Consultant in private practice. She has been a CRNA for over 20 years and brings a unique perspective from the legal arena as well as that of an Army veteran and current practitioner. Dr. Chambers has practiced in all settings across the U.S. and internationally. She has consulted to hospitals, insurance companies, providers as well as attorney clients.  Currently, she sits on the board of directors for a leading national healthcare certification organization.

Dr. Sonya Moore, DNP, CRNA

A Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for more than20 years, Dr. Moore is an assistant professor and Nurse Anesthesia Program Director at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio. Dr. Moore is also a former American Association of Nurse Anesthetists and Ohio State Association of Nurse Anesthetists board member; as well as a co-chairperson of the Marian K. Shaughnessy Nurse Leadership Academy DNP Founders Circle. 

Dr. Kimberly Kimble, DNP, CRNA

Kimberly Kimble is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and Assistant Professor in Augusta University's Nurse Anesthesia Program. Dr. Kimble's passion is diversification of the healthcare workforce. She is an active mentor for minorities who are interested in pursuing degrees in healthcare.

Mr. John Bing, CRNA

Mr. Bing is the owner and founder of an independent anesthesia practice, J. Bing and Associates Anesthesia Services. He has provided anesthesia for independent practices, hospitals, and outpatient centers for more than 25 years. He was the first CRNA to be appointed by Maryland’s Governor Martin O’Malley, to the Board of Nursing. He has served two consecutive terms, as the President of the Maryland Association of Nurse Anesthetists (MANA), and the Chair of their Political Action Committee. John mentors the next generation of under-represented minority nurse anesthetists and most recently, his accomplishments were highlighted in the prestigious Washingtonian Magazine, and Minority Nurse Magazine.

Mr. Donnell Carter, MBA, MS, CRNA


Dr. Dan Lovinaria, MBA, APRN, CRNA, CHSE, FNAP

Dan Lovinaria is a practicing nurse anesthetist at Minneapolis VA and Hennepin Healthcare Level 1 Trauma center for 20 years. Dr. Lovinaria recently served as the University of Minnesota Nurse Anesthesia Program Director, AANA’s Communications Committee Chairperson for the past four years, former board member of Diversity in Nurse Anesthesia Mentorship Program, and President of the MANA.

Dr. Donte Flanagan, DNP, CRNA

Independence, diverse, equity and financial freedom drive Dr. Donte A. Flanagan. Born and raised in Chattanooga, TN, those drivers are what carried him to a successful career as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). He is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA), a founding member of National Black Nurses Association of Greater New York City (GNYCBNA), and a board member of the Emory University Nurse Alumni Association

Ms. Marlene McDowell, MA

Marlene McDowell has been a communication professional in the healthcare community for more than 20 years, and currently leads the diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts for a national healthcare association, educating the public concerning the impact of health disparities and barriers within healthcare policy.
